I can login the apps but can't see the transactions or details of points accumulated. Yet, I can't login through web browser as it always show "email or password incorrect", that's really annoying. So there's no way to check the details.... So many user are having the same issue either can't login to apps or web browser, please check with related department and fix the problem! It's not a 1 or 2 days error, we've been facing this issue for a very long time.

This programme is giving a lot of tedious problem for the users, either with desktop or mobile app. And it is very insecure programme. The email, password, card no. are all unable to sync. Took more than an hour to try with few phones and desktop, but the problem still not getting solved. Really making people getting furious on it. The most scary experience is my sister found that she having an account with this app after sign up (for testing purpose), yet she has no "infinite" card at all.

Too damn handful. Supposed to be more friendly user. Instead i have to retype all my details all over again. Shouldve have a button to cancel for error pop out if we ever sign up, direct lead us to log in no need keep tap on the back button. When i edit my profile, almost finish i just saw above is empty and i have to fill all over again. ! Its not easy

Bad updates. Old app much better. With the latest version, my bcard details is gone. Unable to re- add bcard in the app (always prompt my card has been registered in SSO) . Web browser also showing no card information. I only has 1 care registered under same email address. WHAT'S WENT WRONG HERE.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS CARD, as it is a waste of your time. - Worst app ever. When I tried to redeem my points it says something went wrong. My points are basically useless and gonna expire soon. I reported this to customer service since almost 2 months ago and they keep telling me they are investigating. Such a stupid company not honoring their only perks - redeeming points. What's the point?

Not friendly user, can't check point transaction. I think my points didn't transfer into my Bcard even I have collected a lot from Lazada. Because my Bpoint balance is remain the same since past years. And now my current point balance getting less. I don't know why, expired or what. I can't check
