App isn't working again . Can't login to see Bill or pay... This is my primary way of paying... All my bills I pay online through apps or at least the website.. please fix before the 1st of November.. I like paying ahead of my due date and I would like to see my usage and details.

This app has never worked for me. I wish someone would buy BRE and develope an app that works. It's not expensive. You could literally hire a Freshman at Clemson to set it up for pocket change.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Outage map feature only thing I was able to access. Keyboard never popped up when attempting to log in. Uninstalled.

I've used this app for a several years and never had a problem until now. Cant even get the app to open longer than 3 seconds before it crashes

Not very easy to navigate around the app. Like going from one page and back to the other I cannot do.

I keep getting "communication failure with server please try again" and I don't want to be late on my bill cause I don't get off till 4:30 and the closest blue ridge electric co-op is in Westminster South Carolina and I work all the way up in Clemson
