App needs major work. It's beyond frustrating that app forces me to repurchase my book (Audiobook) everytime I pause or log out. My place is not saved, so I have to now search where I stop reading. (10 seconds at a time) Story will stop abruptly in the middle of a chapter, and not allow me to skip forward or backwards. I have to close app and repeat above process. Very time consuming. Hope my feedback helps improve this app. AA Fan regardless 💓

This app has a long way to go. I can zoom the book but that may just be my phones feature as the app says books can't be zoomed. The book is iffy on saving where I left off. If I forget, I'm shuffling through pages trying to remember or just flipping pages to get back to where I was. Lately after opening the app all icons and words are streached and big. The pictures are off the page or cut off. If i flip the phone then words are stacked on top pf each other. App is real buggy and getting worse.

You literally can't see or look at anything without having to pay for a subscription and you can't delete your account. Why can't it be a free trial to see if you would want to subscribe fully monthly instead of just asking to pay for a subscription to see the content? Some people may not browse everyday. Or could there be a lesser fee for certain things in the app if they don't want to pay for a full subscription?

Overpriced app & books that have characters and plots with too many similarities to one another. Also, alot of these "series" can be absolutely condensed and not spread super thin. It's clear this is just to make $$. Alot of these books seem like originals but then you keep reading and it's very similar to other celebrities, movies, tv shows and other books. Some say its "inspiration", but it comes off as lazy & unoriginal. AA needs to do better. Even these "special box books" are giving lazy!

Once the app is downloaded, you're asked to create account. Once account is created a white blank alert box comes up. Absolutely no additional instructions. Cannot see any content or purchase any content without an account but an account cannot be made. Highly irritated. I have been waiting for this app to finally drop. I've sent an email to the developers but still no response 6 days later. Definitely disappointed. Please correct issue asap.

I had to go to my email to get a code to register now I cant log back in to complete the process. I just uninstalled it. I guess I can finish butterfly 4 one day. I hate that I got all of their work on audible. I been a fan for years and waited a year for this book and they do this new horrible app.

Trash...the audio feature keeps stopping. Makes me lose my place. Can't fast forward unless it's at 10 seconds at a time. As soon as l finish butterfly 4, it's a wrap.

I anticipated this app because my girlfriend is fanatical about the Butterfly series. When the app released, I got the app hoping to get the ebook & audio only for it to require an account. Except... you can't. All attempts end in a blank alert that reroutes you to the home screen without actually creating a user account. Which means you can't purchase anything or even enjoy the app. I'll rewrite my review when the app actually works.
