My closest locations are not listed. This app has been a disappointment. I'm located in the Spartanburg County and Cherokee County area of South Carolina.

They do not allow you to see the closest facility until AFTER they have your phone number. The location they gave me provides a huge inconvenience (over an hour away), and now I get to figure out how to keep them from receiving loads of promotional stuff from them, and who the heck knows what other entities will get access to my phone number.

I downloaded it because Google said there was one near my area. My town was listed on the website. Tried to set up an account and the app says there's no place near me. I put the actual zip code for the address of the facility listed on the website. Still said nothing in that area. App is junk or website is misleading. Pick one.

I just made my very first donation. I received $65 to my new card. I started to receive notifications of charges to my card that were being declined. While on hold with support, I received notification of pending charges, leaving me only $5.02. I have never had this type of issue before. I was told I had to email another support & they would "try" to get all money back once I get a new card. This makes a very bad first impression. Until this issue is resolved I will not be donating nor referring

I never could get started with it. The app never sent me a cide like it was supposed to. Tried it on another phone - same problem. No support could help me either. You can't even ask for help on location. They say you can ONLY make appts through the app. Ridiculous.

I went through the initial sign up process and did a screener for this to see what it said and it claimed I was a good fit based on my location and such.. only for me to go through the process of initiating my profile and learning that the nearest donation site I could potentially work with was in a completely different city. The location I was given is at least an hour away from where I'm at and has very limited hours to work with so I guess don't be fooled by it saying you have an option.

App was working fine until today. Tried to login to schedule an appointment and all my data was missing. Asks me to enter zip code for my location and keep getting error saying no location in area, which is wrong. Please fix bugs from recent update
