If I could give this app a negative rating score, I would. This app creates so much frustration and anger for myself and my colleagues. We have to constantly sign into the app. You can look away for 5 minutes, and you have to sign in again, then it takes 5 minutes to get the correct schedule up. It's complete garbage. They have been contacted over and over again about all the issues with the app for months now, and they have fixed nothing!!! The app is just junk and creates a ton more work!!

App works fine but the new update to login every single time you open the app is extremely frustrating. It used to be I could put in my fingerprint and then it opens. Not anymore. Got to login with username and password and then fingerprint. It takes so long and when I want to check the schedule real quick, makes it very frustrating.

The app suddenly quit working. I have deleted it and re-added it and done everything I can and the app does not open and is worthless to me now.

Like the app but it doesn't keep me signed in. This makes it hard to use at times. Ever since the update at the end of last month, it has been terrible to use.

App is helpful for work, but it's annoying when every time I need to open it, it takes several tries logging in on different screens. I need information fast, and this update does not make that happen.

Worked great upon first use, but recently I have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times just to log in. The limited functionality on the mobile app is also frustrating because there are times I want to see my available blocks, not just the cases already scheduled and that feature is not possible from this platform.

I've given this app multiple tries. Works for a few days then becomes very glitchy. Try to open from notification tab and nothing. Try going straight to app and still does not open. When it works it's great, but that feeling is very short-lived

Keeps crashing and how won't even open. The lack of stability makes doing my job harder. I've updated, uninstalled, reinstalled and all to no avail. Frustrated that this keeps happening.
