VIN recognition and photo taking are not totally functional. It took about a dozen tries to get it to recognize my VIN QR code and then totally failed to focus on my VIN number for that required photo, so I assume this will be rejected. For a required app, it is unacceptably buggy.

Very simple to use! Although it can be slow, and it was tough trying to figure out how to use the camera after it give instructions. (Maybe it's my phone) but I had to hit my back button to get the camera to activate for I could take pictures. Otherwise. Easy Peezy1

This app worked beautifully & guided me very clearly to take photos of all angles of my car to record damage from an accident. I had a small amount of damage but seems like it would allow more input for more complex damage.

I want to provide a video so you guys have better information, and I literally can't as it says my phone screen is locked in portrait mode when it isn't. Just in case I messed with so many settings to no avail.

This app is amazing!! It was easy to use and efficient at capturing the damage to our vehicle. We liked the template as well as the option to take close up photos for greater detail.

Getting to add a video on Android wouldn't work until I closed the app 2 times and restarted. Other than that this Company and app have been very helpful after one of their holders had hit me!
