I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by TCS. I had booked a delivery with them. Unfortunately, the package never reached its destination. Despite numerous follow-ups and promises of investigation, the issue remains unresolved. GThe customer service team has been unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. I have tried contacting the courier company multiple times, but no one seems to know where the package is or when it will be delivered. Worst service g

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by TCS Courier. I was expecting a package to be delivered to me, but unfortunately, the experience was a nightmare.The package was supposed to arrive within 3-4 working days, but it took over 10 days to even get an update on the status. When I tried to track the package, the website showed no updates.

TCS services from last 6-8 months are 3rd class..... I mostly use online store for shopping I recieved every item that is delivered by other courier services except TCS they make lame excuses didn't contact to the reciever and they return the item same case is here. I would love if thier was option of adding photo so I have proof of their Lie that says client refused to the parcel due to cash not available and for this I paid in advance so how he can say this.

Avoid using TCS for sending or receiving parcels as it's time-consuming and a waste of money. Orders get returned due to delivery attempts without proper notification, and this has happened twice. Moreover, contacting their support leads to unsatisfactory experiences, leaving issues unresolved. Overall, I don't recommend using TCS services.

Tracking ID system is extremely disappointing 😞 that it doesn't open even persistent trials & I have still failed to open tracking ID while wasting lots of time. I think it's a fake & bogus app

Delivery service is bad as well as the tracking app of tcs come it does not even load it keep Giving an error which is failed to fetch data like bro atleast create an app which workable and their WhatsApp number is useless as well they don't reply at all same as their website useless

Very poor service. I received my order on time from other couriers before, but this time I purchased an item from Dawlance, and they used TCS. It's been 10 days, and I'm still waiting for the package.

They are fake frode and lier I gives the parsal they did take the money for dilevr it but they did not go there and asking me after one weak it was untraceable address and they send me back my parcel without my money back I did send the same parcel with same address through lapped courier and it was delivered next day
