Very useful app when shopping in markets in Japan. I bought a subscription for 3 months on my device but I forgot my password so I can't log into my account from another device. I contacted the developers through email but I didn't receive any response yet. Could you help me?

When searching through a lot of products, it's annoying that it takes a while to load the next products. Let's say I am currently checking 10 items but there may be let's say 100 products in the list. Therefore make sure the functionality is like this when I am checking first 10 items, next 10 items must be loaded from the internet before I scroll to the next products. Or just keep a button, that will help us load all the products of that list. Thank you for creating this amazing app.

Hello, this apps really helps me a lot. But, unfortunately I can't repurchase the subscription after my subscription was expired, I try to reach tge developer through the e-mail, but I got the notification that my delivery incomplete, because of temporary problem. I hope i can solve this problems asap. I paid Google play 500¥ but still didn't accepted why please help

While there is plenty to nitpick, my main complains are 1) the search function. Altho there's a variety of product with the keyword (ex: 'mushroom/ tuna'), the product displayed after wouldn't show the entirety of the product available within the app, which is really not helpful. 2) having to scroll thru from A-Z is just not optimal & time-wasting. 3) Imo, there's way too many pics of the SAME product displayed & sometimes its HALAL &HARAM at the same time which is VERY confusing. i have used this for 1 year and 80% of the time, the item hasnt been listed or updated on this. Whenever theres an item change in one of the combini stores, it is very common for this app not to update it and can take 3 months.

Please update the product database, I have scanned many products but it often says "product not found", what's the point if there are no products to scan?

The scanning function has become really slow and the option to have full view of all products (be it halal or non) is no longer available. Also it would be nice if the app has an offline function due to Internet in certain areas.
