Doesn't work half the time. Slow, very slow. Getting in the app is a give or take. You'll get in if your lucky Edit: had to update this app now it doesn't even open. 12/22/24

Update as of 10/11/2024 It's still spinning. This app takes an immeasurable time to get to a screen. Then it continues to spin. I have close the app, force stopped it and went back into it several times to no avail. It keeps spinning. Please fix this App In the past, I've used this app without error. But as Rebecca stated below, it just keeps spinning and won't allow me to log in. Please fix the error immediately and thank you in advance.

App was working great 2 weeks ago, and now it keeps crashing. Does not need an update. I've restarted my phone and it still will not open

Opened app and message popped up saying update to continue using app. I updated it, and now the app doesn't work Lol. It'll pop up and then close.

This app takes an excessive amount of time to change screens. Times out often or freezes. I have installed and un-installed it several times. Finding contact info and just basic information is difficult. Just 10 more years, and it will all be over.

When I call the telephone number it tells me the app has been updated and log into the app. I download it and I can't even log on ! It says it can't connect to the backend server. I call the telephone again, it continues to hang up so I can't get any information other than the desktop website which still doesn't address my issue

Worst app known to man or woman. Going on 2 weeks, I have not been able to log in at all ... even removed the app to download it again, and I'm still unable to log in. The fact that there isn't an alternative option or any type of fix shows the lack of concern for the users.

This app is terrible! Every button i click it gets stuck on the loading page. Even after closing out the app and trying to log back in , I get nowhere. Please fix these bugs! Calling the 877 # and sitting on hold should not be faster than the app. But it is.
