No app breaking bugs anymore. But every feature that gets added creates extra steps or is placed terribly, the camera will scan QR/bar codes perfect one day and then refuse to scan anything after an update. The background tracking is extremely invasive. And I've never struggled so hard to send so little data in my life. 4 bars of 5G could stream HD video, but this app somehow takes 15 minutes to submit simple form data and send a location tag. How???? Outsourced tech support is just clueless.

Not all possible options at the customer site have been considered. A drop and hook seems to be an issue! I have been instructed several different ways to document dropping a loaded trailer at its final destination.

Worth less app. Consistently crashing and trying to load. Need to repair many aspects of it. Not a step up from simple pen and paper. Would have given it a negative star if it was an option. A child could have designed this better.

not a fan! crashes and loses all data, you can't close the app and take photos for dispatch. if someone texts or calls you can't answer of the app is open or you will lose all load data.

Why is it not showing the location. Somethings screwed up right there. It keeps popping up location access. My location is on and everything it's not even showing in the app settings to turn location on. Please fix that issue

Calling this app "Hot Garbage" is an insult to Hot Garbage. Before the days of this we used paper manifests and there was never a problem. Since there are problems daily. My current issue is it won't even let me complete a load and nobody has a clue what is wrong. The most popular answer is that I am not using an I Phone.

If the app requires an update then it shouldn't let you try to open it without first installing said update... lock up phone when you try to use it. Then I looked here to find out that it needed an UPDATE! Also I had to uninstall then reinstall before it would work

this app is garbage. If they expect us to use it then it needs to work. Ever since last update its gotten even worse. Slow. Freezes. Unreliable....i dont have time to waste trying to get unneeded garbage to work
