First off, I have already cleared the cache and app data, un-installed and installed the app again, just to encounter the same problem. I login, pick service, designate location, all that works fine. But then the DETAILS screen pops up, circle spins a couple of times, and I get a blank page, every time. Naturally, I can't do anything further at that point.

This app works really well for service requests to the city. I can see requests submitted in the area and on the map and submit my own. Each request is just a few clicks and I'm done! Can report potholes in q matter of seconds. Also the first time I opened the app, I saw a notification that there were $10 adoptions going on, cool!

The app works great. The worst part is that nothing gets done when putting in a service request for loose and aggressive dogs running crazy in the area. All they do is closed the report and say they will put a higher volume of patrols. Yet still don't see anyone patrolling the streets. So what's the point of reporting the animals if no one comes around or nothing gets done or if no one contacts us to see about the issue.

Absolutely the worst service / tracker app. Always error reporting or timing out and when that happens you have to call a human that is well frankly worse than the app at logging your request, when it works. Used to be decent but now it's smoke and mirrors. No accountability. Probably better off sending snail mail. Waiting almost a month for Dallas Animal Services and still haven't heard squat.

Should have left original 311 app alone. Was easier to select & submit photos. Now if the address or location is incorrect or slightly off City employees will never find the problem or make a good faith effort to locate. They'll just waste gas & time & drive off & get paid to drive around.

Completely fkn sucks.. I have an LG 3g...it does not confirm address so you can't submit issues I have an S9 same thing I have an s21 ultra the same sheeeet. This app does not work for sheeeet. You have to call 311 and request service that way and hooefully they do something any issues you submit to them. They increase our taxes 40%+ to have a fkd up app ? I want my taxes back!!!

Useless because it never get past "validating address". Have not been able to use the app in over a year. I even tried someone else's phone to make sure there wasn't something wrong with my phone.

Works some of the time. Almost always changes address when submitting. I submit for an address, it shows correct, then hit submit and when I go to the ticket it changes to a totally different street!
