Pretty solid app to organize a game with friends. The customer service is super responsive and friendly, love the fact that we can make our payments on the app itself and as a beginner golfer, I find the handicap tracker really helpful to get a view of my own progress. It's not perfect but it does the job very well!

The concept is great but the app is very unstable. It's barely usable as it's blinking and seems to be constantly processing, during which the UI is unresponsive. If it was for a short time it would be bearable but that is the constant state. I'm guessing it was introduced by a recent update but the same behavior happened in the past. To answer the developers obvious deflection. I did try without the WiFi too, yet the behavior is exactly the same. I don't have connection issues to the internet.

Great app for bookings and, although there are some minor glitches with the app, the support team are simply amazing and never fail to help! Much easier than having to call courses directly, and the ability to chat with an agent at any point is also a great help. The rewards system is such a nice addition, especially when prices are already better than club prices! Amazing app, amazing support....shame about my golf scores 😆

Absolutely a great customer service experience! For some reason, I couldn't get the password to work with my new account and the customer service team helped me via whatsapp every step of the way with very little lag time. Super helpful and punctual. A splendid service and they got me up and going shortly thereafter. Highly recommend.

Great app to find golfers. Its not only the app, but they oso create mini tournaments. and they oso have "race2dubai" style tourneys for members. their staff replies fast as well if there's any problems with the app or even with the golf course. they take the liberty of managing flights and confirming players. i would say they're more responsive than the golf clubs itself. yes, sometimes there r some slight problems with the app, but they always try to fix it. in my opinion, a great golf app.
