The service is Amazing. It's easy to find a doctor in a timely manner. However, the android app is a hot mess. I can never get any of my appointments to show. Much less join one. The fingerprint login doesn't work. The login system seems to have a mind of its own. The ios app is so much better from what I could tell. Hope they fix the android app

The service is very good but the Androids app is broken. The login functionality does not work for me if I use fingerprint or pin. In both cases, it does not successfully log me in and says 'we are experiencing technical difficulties'. It is also possible to enter a half-authenticated broken state where you can see the post-login pages but they do not show any data. The only way I can successfully log in is using email and password.

After looking at the non-paid for reviews, it seems 2 years on that the basics like fingerprint login, set a PIN daily, app crashes are still as bad as ever and that despite the "Dev feedback" there's 0 interest in fixing this useless app. Cannot print from the app, must login everytime and hope you remember which if the 4 profiles AXA insists you have for it's "expanding services", none of which actually work. At least the people on the phone who you inevitable need to call are good people.

The service is amazing but the app is terrible. Nothing works. From fingerprint, appointments, etc. And with every update it gets worse. Good that is my company paying for it otherwise I would choose other provider.

This is not a criticism to the service provided, it's just the app which is absolutely rubbish. You enable fingerprint but nothing happens, next time around it says that there is a technical error and that you weren't logged in, then it prompts you for username and password. Username and password that are not recognised by password managers, so that's more fun. I honestly avoid using the app as much as I can, if this was a service I was paying for myself I would have moved to a competitor.

Less than 1 star if I could. Fingerprint sensor doesn't work. When I log in differently, I can't even make an appointment, it just crashes. When I have eventually got through there are limited appointmens. When I finally managed an appointment the video calling didn't work (it use to). Keeps asking for permissions to use when already in use. When I finally speak to doctors they have all had to call me instead. Really bad experience. Unacceptable considering I'm paying for this!!!

Absolutely horrible experience, nothing works. Login keeps crashing after the first login when using biometrics or pin. I have to physically clear the cache of the app for it let me log in again. After I'm finally able to login the appointment flow is absolutely horrible. It just.not responsive or do anything when clicking on buttons.I had to resort to the website to book appointments. The video appointment does not work. Clearly there was no QA involved when developing and releasing this app.
