DO NOT GET EARTHLINK!!! I had service for 2.5 weeks, barely had internet and was charged 200.00 as an early disconnect fee when I wasn't getting what I paid for in first place. I was also charged another 26.00 in fees associated with diaconnect, one of which is a sales tax on the fee they charged? Sueing Earthlink and reporting to Attorney General and BBB. Please, listen to other reviews and Reddit posts, this company is a sham and will lie to you about everything.

The new app will not allow me to view e-mail. Uselss and frustrating. The old app wants me to download the new app and will no longer allow me to view e-mails either. And my desktop version of eartlink keeps freezing up on me as I try to write letters. Totally frustrating.

I can't see my mail. This app is useless. I can't sign in. keeps sending error code. where is my email Why do I have to download every time I try to get in my account on my phone?

Was good at beginning but now that my my year almost up can't stream and play games with out it lagging so bad about to switch back to old provider at least I didn't lag or run slow

WTH? Been with Earthlink webmail since 1999. App is now USELESS. Only shows account/billing. Cannot access email unless I use.a desktop. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!

Had EarthLink solince Dec and only actually had internet for about 2 and a half weeks that whole time.they damn sure take out the payments of over 80 a month and I have to miss work to meet a tech guy only to have the internet stop after he leaves..It SUCKS.!!! DONT GET IT..ITS NO CHEAPER THAN ANYTHING ELSE.!!

It would be a significant improvement to the app if, when a user choose to move a message into a folder, the folder view would give a search option so you could jump to the folder you want instead of having to scroll through them all to find the one you want to move your message to. Thank you.
