The app is easy to navigate and send claims. The issue with the app is the login. It freezes when I try to log in. It will take my log in and will not load. It will load and then log me out. It's very frustrating, I've tried reinstalling and restarting my phone. It doesn't work. Figo needs to fix this.

Keeps logging me off. Super annoying. I launch this app daily and I have to log in multiple times a day!! Update: The new update that just released has completely fixed this app!! It stays logged in now and much more responsive. Thank you so much for actually listening and resolving the issue.

Once you get in the app is fine, but getting in is a major hurdle. You have to log in every time you open the app, and it only works maybe 10% of the time, more often just spinning and spinning. The only thing that appears to work consistently is deleting and reinstalling the app every time you use it, which is beyond ridiculous.

This app is very glitchy. I always have to re enter my login information twice just to get into the app. Right as I got my policy, the app kept telling me it was a future policy so I was unable to submit claims even though the policy date had already started. Emailed support and my account was not linked properly. Downgraded my review to a 1 star. I have un-installed and reinstalled this app so many times just to try and get into it!! My claim NEVER updates when figo tells me it has. Awful app!!

Biggest issue is logging in! The app itself is great when I can actually log into it. Unfortunately it can take up to ten attempts to login. It's actually quicker to uninstall and reinstall it than to login attempt multiple times. For whatever reason that makes it work.

I have been trying for two days to log onto the app to be able to update my payment method for my insurance and I can't do it. It just loads. It never goes anywhere. I managed to log in through an email but after the welcome page it put me back into the app where it just kept loading again.

App constantly asks me to login even after logging in. UI is very nice and easy to navigate. The login issue is very annoying and ruins the user experience Edited on 8/20 - lowering to 2 stars. Won't even let me login. Just spins after entering my credentials.

Horrible app! It keeps crashing and it bounces me back to the homepage on my phone! It's really a useless app. I had to call Customer Service numerous times today. I'll be using their website instead, which isn't much better! Ugh! They really need to improve the quality of their app.
