The support team has been really proactive! Some glitches has been fixed, one of them is when flights gets updated, old flight cards used to stay there and mix with the new ones... I had to log out and log back in everytime that happens... The team seems to be sending bug fixes and updates frequently.

I wish I could give it zero Stars. Haven't been able to log on via the app in over a week. No response from tech support of course. I wish the operator I worked for would use something else. Edit:. I'll bump this up to 2 stars. I can log in no problem now. The problem is now that the app logs me out constantly. Nearly everytime I open it, I'm logged out. How are you supposed to receive notifications if you're logged out? Frankly this app is super buggy.

Basic functionality doesn't work. I can't open my duties on the calendar anymore. It worked for about a week and then the calendar just magically stopped working and told me I didn't have any assigned duties on any day of the month. Read the reviews, this has been a problem for over a year, and the company has been "working on fixes" with zero change. There's a reason nearly every review is a 1 star rating, please stay away from this company. Jet Insight is a much better product.

It does seem to be feature rich (if your company activates all of the at a price I'm sure) but, the UI does not seem very intuitive and overly complicated for what flight crew need. It desperately needs a calendar view and notifications for any new assignments and changes to any flights occurring within 48 hrs. Edit: After having to use the app now for several months I have changed the review to one star. Tryung to find critical info at a glance is impossible. Edit2:. It is still terrible.

Not liking the app at all. Hate having to constantly put in a pin code if you have not opened the app for a day or two. When I log in on my computer I can see the my schedule has changed but not on the app. You can not do everything on android like you can on apple in the post flight tab. The app on the iPad seems to work a little better. Not at all impressed having switched from BART. BART was outdated but at least it worked.

Basic scheduling app. Could be greatly improved by introducing a calender view with specific flights for that day.

Works on Apple, works only marginally with Android phones. Can't even get the day of month displayed properly on the calendar.

The app doesn't refresh so I need to log out all the time.the problem is that I can not log back in.i have to uninstall the app and install it all over again,all the time
