This application costs $9, I bought for only to find out that it also asks for $5.49 per month for the complete version. This awful developer even asking for donation inside app except that subscription fee! Developer, are you out of your mind? How is this possible? Are you ashamed? I'm glad that Google has a refund functionality and returned my money that I spent for the software by unfair author. It was a terrible experience using this awful app.

It does exactly what it says it does in a consistent and reliable way. I've used it for a couple of years and it has never let me down. I use it to keep track of my location when I'm taking pictures with a dslr camera. When I'm finished taking pictures, I upload a gpx file from the app to Dropbox, then use the maps feature in Lightroom to geotag the pictures.

Proved an excellent tool on my Samsung S7 and S9 but something's gone amuck on my Google Pixel 6. Big random gaps (many metres) in the recorded data (KMZ) including noisy/incorrect speed readings in CSV (e.g. some readings nearly twice as fast as vehicle can do) . I've turned off Battery Optimization for all apps (and Adaptive Preferences) and restarted the Pixel. But it still tells me Battery Optimization is on. PS: I've upped my rating to 5 stars, because fault was with Pixel 6 , not the App.

Update: The developer updated the app within hours of sending the details. The app works as described and deserves 5 star. Old review: Stopping log crashes the program. It restarts again and it seems to save the file. But super annoying. Have allowed submission of crash report, but no fix after several months/updates. USA unlocked Samsung S9.

Not asking for more than an accurate track map. This app far exceeds hopes. Provides very fine detail. Doesn't over use resources. Really is 5 stars. Pay for it. Update; No! Bad Samsung! Apparently Samsung's changing efforts to preserve battery life continue to frustrate operation of this nifty app. To use this app successfully you must dig out any Samsung battery saving behaviors by the roots. And turn off blue tooth and most other apps. And don't make phone calls.

Update 2019-01-18: I have used this app every day for nearly 3 years. Anyone who tracks travel/location/time for work or exercise really need to try this app. It's a good logging app. It does get somewhat complicated once you adjust settings though. An option to switch between imperial and metric measurements would be nice.

Great for bikes/trains/airplanes, gives analysis tool compatible files for later detailed analysis, only issue is if you get the demo version and later purchase the full version you need to remove the demo version or otherwise manually identify it as it won't recognize the full version is installed and limits you if opened instead of the full version.

Used to work. Does not work at all after the latest update. I have been using this app for a few years and it worked flawlessly. Now after the last update it does not work at all On one of my last two rides it had stopped completely when I finished the ride. And there was no sign of the track at all. On the other ride it stopped logging after 10 meters. The app also does not exit when I select exit from the menu. It stays in my notifications connected to the gps using up battery Only way to make it stop is force exit. Please bring back the old 5 star version.
