Tried to setup new account. After supplying email and password then pressing "Join now" button, screen changes to graphic with no buttons or anything to choose. Just a frozen screen. Only choice is to close the app. Tried multiple times. Might be a great app, but I'll likely NEVER know

Keeps telling me to update the app, and I did didn't go off so I updated my phone and it still says that I can't get notifications until it updates

Couldn't do anything with it. Sign up, start a new account, nothing. I now see that it may get into my personal photos and more. I question if it is a real app or some sort of scam...horrible...don't bother with it, it will not help you...it even led me to some service that requires payment by credit card...I am not that dumb.

Black text over dark blue background makes it hard to see the error telling me that it can't create an account, but doesn't explain why. So this app is useless. Please properly test basic settings like creating an account and pick a better contrast for text and backgrounds.

This app does not work. If i could rate this app with zero stars, I would. Can't even get logged in. Every time I try to create an account, I get an error. The whole reason I bought my new washer was so I could be hooked up to wifi and get alerts and notifications. GE is not compatible with the app or wifi. Total dissapoimtment.

This app deserves 2 stars...I can't even create an account. As soon as I enter my email and click 'sign up,' it says "Unable to confirm your email." I used my real email address that I use for everything. Not a fake or extra one.

I'd like to review this app but I can't because I can't get set up and have no idea what the error message says since the black text is on a dark blue background. So I paid more for an appliance with this feature that I can't even use.

Horrible - Couldn't Log In This app is useless. I have tried to create an account with no positive result. It also appears that it calls for only 8 characters for the password.
