*Dear Support, your app doesn't support login with Microsoft if you have a third party saml 2.0 and/or 2FA enabled. You're welcome for the free troubleshooting.* When signing in with a Microsoft account, you are put into a sign-in loop, so the app is completely unusable. need a solution for this.

As a Contact Center Manager, I thought this app would do wonders for me. However, it does not work with my Samsung Note 8. I have emailed support several times within the year and have yet to receive any type of response.

I cannot send anything on this app. It doesn't allow me to type in the chat field. Pixel 7

Does not actually alert when new chats come in. When returning to the app after a few minutes all users show offline. You have to kill and restart the app to see their actual status and new chats again.

#1-The app logs me out without warning. Im unaware until an employee has to call me and ask why im not responding to their chat. #2- Saved status means nothing as 60secs later, i will be back to "unavailable" again. Please fix these bugs as they have HUGE impacts on busy supervisors!!!

I am able to connect via mobile app, however it will be great if you provide dashboard access via mobile app. For team managers like me this feature will be very helpful.

Great app, better than avaya. Please understand that you will not receive mobile app notifications if you are signed into the web browser desktop version of this app.
