Does NOT work!!! Installed upon arrival which was the only time that it seemed to work. After that, the map view did not show filtered locations. Even before that the locations were incomplete. Menus for dining and bars were unavailable. It was better to use Google or some search engine provided you know what to look for.

It freezes up on a "tips" page and hasn't worked correctly since I've had it. I have reinstalled it several times and it keeps opening up to the page it was frozen on, so it's been no help all week. Much like the resort, I didn't care for it.

The app worked while we were at the resort last year which was really helpful. We are planning another trip and can only access the map. The restaurants won't load. I have reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work.

Downloaded it today and went around and around in circles. I didn't get any of the information I was looking for. I don't need any more apps on my phone and if this isn't going to serve me I will probably deleted after a few more tries. Update ... after a few more tries I got it to work. I vacationed at vidanta and got all the updates I needed. The only problem now is that the app keeps shutting down.

I have been trying to sign up on this app for over a week, just spins and spins then nothing. Not good enough in this day and age, now when I get to NV, I won't be able to book a restaurant in advance, in Spring Break, when the resort is at full capacity. when you have kids that are hungry and have been travelling all day, its good to have a reservation.

The map functions are pretty lame, at least for the vidanta Nuevo Vallarta portion of the app. They could do a better job of making it interactive and showing at least all the restaurants on the property and the other attractions. As it is. It's a pretty basic map. The activities lists are generic and out of date. That needs to be updated with accurate daily descriptions of what there is to do here, And not cluttered up with all the activities that they're not doing.

The map is helpful, I suppose, but everything links to external websites that only sometimes work on their WiFi, defeating the purpose for international travelers. Plus, the information is untrustworthy - app said Cuban Night at Havana Moon, but when we finally got there, it was Casino Night, which isn't listed at all for Havana Moon! Cuban Night was at Del Lago, staff said. It seemed great at first, but the more I use it, the less it helps, the more I find myself asking staff anyway.

The app is little more than a way to receive more ads from the resort. The map is absolutely horrendous and navigating on site is a nightmare. Our favorite restaurant closed for the rest of the week and the app did not show it correctly
