It does what it is supposed to do but what I hate - passionately - is that I have no option to choose if I want chat auto translated or not. I rarely do because it takes away nuances of the language and I miss things and communication. It's also not well marked if I get things in original language or not

Cleaner cancelled my booking 1 hour before appointment. I can't complain about it in the app, because the app shows that I have no appointments suitable for such complaints. No option to chat with customer service at all.

What a confusing apps and services. Book a cleanning service for 11am. Keep sending msg said there do not have a professional to services and like "reseve" an alternative date that i am not avaliable for me. Cancel the service still charge me 30plus dollars. Bye bye helpling. 👋 forever.

Awful app. Fraudulent. I booked a cleaner, agreed a price and paid. After she visited I was charged and then had another figure taken from my card. When I raised this I was told it's a service charge. I did not agree to this. Fraud.

Helping is indeed one of the necessities in my life. The app is UI friendly, the customer service is swift and friendly, and most important is the help assigned to us was top-notch! (Even if at times a different help is arranged because our schedule needed some change, the housekeeper that comes over is always friendly, fast and diligent!) I strongly recommend anyone to use Helping!

Too much limitations. You can't autonomously edit, modify or change anything after booking without contacting them. On top, they don't take any details like size of the house, pets etc, they CALL to ask!! Also you can't choose a cleaner before giving the job [review based]. They have options on the app that are not available, ex, I choose cleaning once every 3 weeks, but they force once every 2 weeks on me. The WORST part is you can't even delete your account, how is this legal?

You make a booking request for a specific cleaner at a specific price and then they will just book someone else for you for a lot higher price. Cleaners show up late, cancel or want to change dates last minute, or not at all. Many functions, like simply cancelling a booking requires a call to customer service. All very frustrating and time consuming. I like the concept of this service, but don't feel treated like a customer.

Another chance given to this company, another horrible experience, this time the cleaner didn't show up at all. Worst technology AND service I've ever experienced. Is it Helpling's fault? Yes it is: on top of bad design, the entire platform is built around opacity. No email or telephone number of cleaners, super difficult to cancel/change bookings, you find yourself continuously booked with cleaners you didn't choose, you get charged for cleanings that never happened. Avoid.
