Worked perfectly well...at first. I had this app through two different phones, OnePlus 8 and Samsung S22. They worked perfectly fine. I now have a OnePlus 12 and whenever I open the app, the logo appears with a white background for a few seconds then closes. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multipled times, cleared cache/data, still nothing fixes it. Please fix the app so I don't have to call for a retreat every time.

Really wish we had more options. It's not loading on my phone. I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information to some sales guy who may or may not work there over the phone (his cell number). Seems so sketchy. Wish there was a better company we could go with to service our new home. May just give up using this pest system and go with a big name I trust that has a working app.

The app freezes up on me now. I've rebooted my S24 Ultra, I've deleted the cache, I've uninstalled, the reinstalled the app. Same thing, it freezes up on the load screen.

Your app doesn't work with Android 14 I have pixel pro 8 and the app freezes on the opening screen removed it and reinstalled it and still not working I think it about time to fixed this app it's been a while since updating this app how about giving your customers what they want

I'm having an issue where the app gets stuck on the loading screen. It just shows the logo on a white background. This has been happening for about half a year now. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved soon.

This application is either not compatible with the new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, or it possibly doesn't work at all. This definitely needs attention from the developer.

App has been inoperable for months. The company logo shows up and nothing happens and reaching out to the company has proved fruitless. If you're not going to maintain the app, take it down.
