It has been more than a week that I am trying to pay for the school fundraising, but I can't. Karri sends me a sms to click on the link to make payment, but when I click on the link Nothing shows. I paid for one fundraiser and they keep sending me the same link. It's very frustrating, I Uninstalled the app, reinstalled it but still still the same. I received a call from olwethu maholwana- consultant. She was brilliant! assisted me the issue and resolved it! THANK YOU OLWETHU

Don't like that I don't have to approve the payment via my bank. They suggested to me that I use Ozwow, but that for me is even worse because then I need to provide my online banking details. I prefer using my credit card for these kind of transaction but would also prefer the added security of verifying the transaction via my bank. Great customer service though. They contacted me immediately after I did my review the first time around.

Overall, I am impressed with the Karri App because I don't normally like to carry cash to give to my children to pay for something at school. This has made my life easier. Big ups to you, Team Karri👏👏. I also couldn't add my other child on the app, Maggie was very helpful in making sure that was achieved.

I wanted to have my grandchildren profiles linked to me as I am the grandma. I sent a message and within less than 30 minutes all resolved and now I have access and I am able to assist with my grandchildren' activities. Very professionally managed, with no intricate ways to have this linked. It was a very pleasant experience ☺️
