My boyfriend is able to use the app on his Samsung Galaxy S23/S24, but I'm unable to with my ZFold 5. I just keep seeing that it's "going through updates." What I've seen from his side is the app works wonderfully, but I can't use it myself. All I can think is that I use a different OS than he does. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still nothing.

App has a severe bug when trying to type a message. I have had troubles where it would absolutely stop the app from being able to be used after typing a few words where it slows down and starts glitching. The only cure is restarting the app. This can continue multiple times when going back into the message. Restarting the phone is the only true fix.

This app updated and now says my email and password are incorrect. I've changed my password twice and reinstalled without success. 12/23- update- updated app reset my password and still the app says invalid username and password. I can log in via the web but the app is still not working. Update 11/2024- reset password, cleared cache and data and reinstalled the app with no luck. The app still will not work for San Villante. Resident portal on the web works great but app is unusable.

This app is useless! My apartment uses this app for rental services. I have not been able to set up payment method to pay my rent. It keeps saying that address doesn't match. I have contacted the apartment and they contacted tech support at Henri they were not helpful. They said i should contact my bank to fix this issue, which I did but there seems to be no issue how my address appears in their system. The problem is from Henri.

Up until recently I had no problems with the app. I only used it to send one maintenance request and pay my monthly rent and it worked well enough for those functions. However, as of a few days ago I am now only getting a white screen whenever opening the app. I have tried updating and uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. This app now has zero benefits. P.S. I have a Samsung S8+

Since the recent major ui update and redesign of the entire look feel and layout the quality is amazing. It works better and looks better and has, unbelievably, vastly fewer critically fatal bugs rendering it disabled indefinitely unaware of when it will once again be ready to serve any purpose essentially for which is basically the only real reason it was ever created. love this app now, just absolutely hated it b4 and it was just honestly the worst. App has improved somewhat, but needs frequent updates, probably weekly. I often get push notifications for posts, but then find nothing has been posted. Somehow with some updates it bypasses my silent alert setting and makes sounds. It needs work.

Super frustrating. Got logged out and now the app refuses to let me log back in. It pops up saying a community is required but there is nowhere for me to select my community.... Update. Have been on the phone with my community manager and Henri support have sent screen recordings and full descriptions of the issues and still can not access this stupid app. Figure it out. This is ridiculous
