If your business is reliant on client intake forms. Really think twice before using this app. I haven't been able to access my account for a week. All my clients information his on this app. I emailed asking them to address the problem they told me to uninstall the app and reinstall, that still didn't work. So now they are completely ignoring me, they just left me unable to access my notes & client information. This is detrimental to businesses who need a reliable app for consent forms.

Very slow to load and go through different parts of the app. Zero support when sending queries, whether technical or relating to professional aspects of the app features. Sent 3 requests for help over a 2 week period - not one got answered or acknowledged. Will be uninstalling.

Literally does almost everything you could possibly need for your business. Even down to app issues, I msgd on whatsapp yesterday and Annel sorted my problem out in less than 10 mins. All my consent forms, sharps collections, even a Web page can be built from the faces website or app.

I have been using faces for 2 years and and first was great, then they started messing with orders by not sending them to the pharmacy. Then, spending 3/4 days at a time chasing orders with them lying to me saying they have contacted people to try and resolve the issue when, in fact, they have done nothing.

Everything you need all in one place, this app is fantastic for anyone starting out in aesthetics. All of the consent forms and aftercare information is sent straight to your clients and then stored on their record on the app. You can save all of your appointments, connect with prescribers and buy products. I cannot recommend Faces Consent enough:)

Really difficult to use. Nothing is explained. Menus inside menus and nothing is simple. I'm very tech savvy and this wasn't user friendly at all and there was no guidance. Had to go on webchat to ask multiple questions, and they were incredibly slow and unhelpful too! I've finally worked it out on my own and with the prescribers help, and it does now fit its intended purpose. The app needs a lot of work though!
