Having a huge issue with the app. Whenever I load it up, as soon as I get past the "loading your puzzles" screen, the screen just goes blank. Nothing appears at all. I've removed and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, checked that both my phone and the app are updated properly and still the problem persists. Disappointed as I've really wanted to try this app since seeing it advertised on This Morning. Any advice?

13.4.21 sent evidence of purchase and still not heard from these guys. Starting to get really annoyed.9.4.21 Already tried what you suggested as soon as made purchase. The option for the item I bought had just disappeared from the list. Good games but bought a crossword pack and cannot see it in the game. Do I have to be a subscriber to get a puzzle pack? And if so why doesn't the game say that. Please refund or make pack available. Would appreciate more menu options.

I thought this was free but just saw an advert for it on TV saying free trial then charging via subscription thus uninstalling. The app should clarify at the top of the screen that it is subscription & chargeable not just the tv adverts! Plenty free puzzle apps out there just paying for the This Morning name I can do without that. Uninstalled.

So played this everyday for a long time, today I went to get my daily fix and was gutted it wouldn't load and I was left with a white page with nothing on it...tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but nothing, Nada, not working, please sort it I love doing the crossword and wordsearch.

Was good then after I rated it the ads became overbearing. The puzzles became locked, ads began playing before any puzzle. It was a different experience from when I first downloaded it.

Great puzzles at different levels from quick and easy to a bit more challenging Easy to use and new puzzles every day so always something there to challenge you or help to pass the time

Downloaded it to my phone and my tablet. My wife downloaded it to her tablet and in all 3 devices it keeps saying connect to internet. Our devices are connected as this is the only app we have this trouble with. Needless to say now uninstalled

Loaded app yesterday was perfectly fine, tried to open app today says its loading games and end up with a blank white screen. Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still the same issue, can this be fixed please as am unable to play the games.
