(Updated) App looks fancy! Looks like there's specific recording problem with just my phone, the app works perfectly on my tablet. As far as the clicbot itself, once you go through the initial slow update process, be ready for lots of fun and cuteness! BUT be extra slow and careful when programming your own moves as the speed adjustment in demo motion is a bit hard to adjust. (Also I think more lock plates or a future version with lock at each joint would greatly improve the stability and configurability greatly!)
Mixed Reality
Data is synchronsing.... Only it isn't... Posting this for others. It sits there at zero for ages, doing nothing. It does eventually start the percentage going up and it's ok to leave it and let the screen go blank. It should eventually work. App seems fairly swanky but data is synchronising for ages on each new load. Seriously needs whatever servers it is using localised. Videos etc are slow to load if they load, and buffer regularly.

A little clunky, but useable, my kids are able to use it to do cool things, so that's the important thing. Be good if you could share models between users and be able to edit the settings, as we all have the app on our phones, but although my girls can play with my creations they can't take them and edit them.

Will change to five stars if it starts to work. First off, every 2 seconds it says it needs to update. Secondly, after one of these updates, the last update I've done, it stopped working. It won't even turn on. Lastly, when I click Bic or Bac on the brain, it says "Coming Soon and show me how to build it. Btw, the website says 7 x 24 support.

Volume options? Cant find them. Had to work up the courage to brute force pull modules off since there was no instructions on how to remove them. Volume options was the big problem here. The response helps, everything works as intended. Can't wait for Bic.

On top of the bot being extremely engaging for a 5 yo, the app is quite stable and well maintained, with emphasis made on encouraging the community contributions. All is balanced by a great customer support team which clearly takes time to properly understand and address the raised issues, respectful and without pushing back

I had a problem as I mistakenly selected Chinese language not English, emailed support and they sent a video how to change in setting, excellent service
