One of the worst reward apps offered at a gas station. 99% of the time I can't even log into the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled countless time. Still almosy every time i open the app, I get a Java error. It just sits at the splash screen, giving Too Many Exceptions errors indefinitely. When it does load once in a blue moon it works ok. MurphyUSA has a better rewards program, and they actually know how to make an app that works

I hate the new version. They took the best functionality away with the latest downgrade. The fact that you could sit in your car and activate the pump during inclement weather was about the only reason to have the app. Half the card readers on the pumps get water/ice in them and then don't work, so being able to activate and pay in the app was great! Maverick, figure it out and put it back.

I love how the app was before the most recent update. I enjoyed being able to pull up to the gas station and use the fuel ahead feature. It was extremely useful in the fact I could preset the amount of gas to put in so I didn't risk going over, and it saved my card info so didn't have to swipe my card each time. Now with the update you can't even do that. Now I have to fuel up the old fashioned way again and have to have my wallet out just so I can fuel up.

Went to fuel up only to find an update that is honestly a total downgrade from the previous version. There is no longer an option to activate the pump from the app which was one of the main reasons I used the app. And now there is no longer a way to convert point into cents off per gallon. Would appreciate seeing the previous version return or an actual upgrade.

Update to 1 star. 57 times. Thats how many times i had to hit "no thanks" about asking for my location. Im going to start calling in my orders. Not to mention the app is 100x slower than the previous version. The most recent update to this app is terrible. I can no longer order a 12 pack of soda along with my pizza. The app is poorly optimized and has pop ups asking about my location almost every screen. Stop asking for the location. Also, the UI is confusing.

Used to be awesome. Now you can't use it to pay for gas directly from the app which was extremely convenient. That was the entire reason that we had the app and purchased fuel there. It was the perfect way to allow my kids to charge fuel to my card without having to send them all with my card at different times. Guess we'll find somewhere else! I'd give it zero Stars now if I could. Beyond this issue, the new app is very unuser friendly.

I like the app because I have a car with flex fuel an Kum&Go is the only store in town that offers flex fuel. The one thing I don't like about the app is you have to click on each one point reward until you can get to the app scanner to earn more points which makes a quick purchase to a longer, more frustrating interaction at the counter. I usually don't us the app at the counter because it takes too long.
