Worst app ever, unable to cancel the auto renewal and I tried various ways to cancel and it cannot be done. Now writing complaints to relevant government departments

The bugs are not fixed. It's always near impossible to top up through the app using paypal. 5 times I entered the correct password and wouldn't move on to payment. When you go back to try and start again, you have to wait 30 minutes. Shambles.

The mobile service is good but they autorenew without confirmation on their own from account I had canceled auto renew for one package and still it was done from account without my approval. International call rates for countries as Pakistan are high. No good International package for countries as Pakistan. There should be option of 2 weeks package as well.

Auto renewal is turned on automatically.. there's absolutely no way to turn it off!! Its a scam! Tried calling on 1923 but there's no option to talk to any person. Everything is pre recorded. The only email they have is appsupport. I see that many others are facing same problem with auto renewal. If you can't provide good service then you'll definitely lose customers! And why do you have to activate auto renewal for everyone automatically? I am moving away from Lycamobile ASAP!!

latest update ruined everything,have credit,wanna renew my plan by credit i have in account,and having error,your card id is invalid ,i know what you as ssholes did,want people to their debit cards so you have bigger control but but go f yourselves,no access to other bundles either stupid layout with all unnecessary cra p

Everything in this app and in general with the company is buggy or broken, stay away you will lose a lot of time dealing with customer service. Edit: I see they asked for extra info, here are some but not all of the problems: - auto renewal is bugged, you can't turn it off and have to block them with your bank to prevent payments - removing cards is bugged, you can't remove card info (this is not legal) - changing passwords is bugged, you are stuck with the one they send you in PLAINTEXT

So sick of Lyca, think I'll use another provider. I don't use the sim car in a phone, it's used in a tablet device in my car, but it can't receive messages, so any time I need to log in to the account to top up, I have to remove the sim card and put it in my own phone and top up that way. Too much of a hassle and very inconvenient. Was going to do auto renew, but after seeing the bad reviews I definitely won't be doing this.
