Extremely disappointed waste of money and they do t refund instead they keep giving excuses instead of just letting you send it back for two months I've tried to get it to work properly and with updates different devices it still freezes this picture quality is also not up to date either I don't. Recommend buying this online at all better off not getting at all. I'm out 48$ because of it.

This j5 model did not work plug and play. I tried different phones and different monitors, no luck. I downloaded the app and it never worked. It either asks me to connect an already connected cable or it turns the tv screen black and says that app shuts down after a few seconds. A waste of time, money and should be taken off the market. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

One star too many, this cable doesnt do what it was intended to do, what a scam, there should of been a list of phones and TVs that it works with on the box it came in because it obviously doesn't work with every phone, even though the app says it's compatible on my phone,50 bucks down the drain =(

I'm extremely confused now. This app used to work perfectly. Now, it constantly crashes every time I try to plug in a monitor. Phone and everything else is the same, but the app just no longer works.

I know it is likely you already spent a lot of money on this product before you had a chance to see these reviews, but if you haven't purchased it yet- google if your phone is MHL compatible. If the answer is anything but yes, don't waste your money on this tech. The product also doesn't have any instructions packaged in it, but if your phone is MHL compatible, its possible your results will be closer to any of the reviews above 1 star just by plugging it in and using this app.

It doesnt let you play any videos from this app. You can see your phone's screen but once you press play on a video it just goes blank. Real nice. Big waste of 50 bucks for a cord just to have it not work. If I could give 0 stars I would.

What a waste ... Looks good in the package .. thats about it . Gonna let the store know . And see what they can do about removing these because i should have read first and i would not have wasted my time or money . Oh if you want to run this on a brand new display with a brand new phone , this is not the cable for you .. if you have a old outdated monitor with a display port this may work for you . Other wise stay far away !! Oh wait .. lets take it apart and do a youtube video .

i love these adapter works perfect thank you to the tech named Jose for helping me find these adapter he was the only one that told me which was right for my phone i went to 4 different stores and all sold me adapters i didn't need .it really works cost 44.99 in the internet. no ads when u download the app i truly love it i recommend it
