This software made going "paperless" easy for my Logistics company. I'm an admin and have tried many others that didn't work out (not customizable enough, too buggy, priced too high, etc). Since I started using it in 2018, makes managing and dispatching a variety of forms for different purposes so much easier. Support team is knowledgeable and responsive. Now have 20+ mobile users and 12+ web users. We use it on phones, tablets, and as a web user dispatching forms.

This is a great app for business management, which is completely customizable and adaptability for use in many platforms.

DoForms has allowed us to go completely paperless. We have Technicians across South Florida that are now able to submit Timesheets with the click of a button. No more late Timesheets! We have also integrated paperless billing. Building forms can be time consuming, but DoForms is aways available to help. The customer service is exceptional.

App works fine but makes several folders in your picture gallery with random images and forms, which is very annoying. If you delete them but the app is still installed it will keep happening. I have to use it for work and uninstall it after each use so I can clean up my gallery.

Constantly opens itself, has excessive permissions that it doesn't need but the app won't work unless you grant them all. Really dislike that my job mandates we use this app. It's terrible and bugs my phone out constantly. It's gotten to the point where I install & uninstall before and after every shift

Really junk, keeps freezing, unless you give full access on all permissions it doesn't work, nice way to screw your info. I would give -5 stars but I can't There's no way to delete an account if you create one, and if you do, spam emstart to going to your email every day.

keep having to take photos several times before it uploads onto the app. descriptions are being lost, keep getting kicked out of job then job goes into incomplete and all data is lost. this app used to be okay but over the past year or so it has become almost impossible to use. I have long rated this as 1 star because it would not allow me to rate it as 0 stars. if anyone is thinking of using this app, save yourself the hassle and dont bother. absolute rubbish!!

Always having to uninstall, have to force stop after every use, always having to test account to sync and update, just overall unreliable. I wish our company would find and use a better program.
