I'm honestly tired of this app. I wish my company would stop using it. There hasn't been a time when this app has worked correctly. This app is beyond terrible. Fake push notification notifying there a change to the route when there is not, settings don't stick, route doesn't refresh. When doing pre-trip inspection it auto fills from previous fields instead of being blank, and if you do erase it deletes everything.

The latest update has issues. They removed the line in the signature line. Elderly clients struggle due to this. I like how it now remembers my vehicle now. Though it looked up my location in the middle of the night while logged out at home. It doesn't remember my dark theme anymore. The worst thing is it keeps crashing on the signature part. Today,it did this, and when I logged back in, the app completed my pull in with no input, while I still had a trip left. I see there is another update 2day

12/31/24 EDIT 1/2/25 it appears that the force stop issue remains when using the app, android auto and chrome. Really liking the updates to the login UI with integrated biometrics and storage of route and run info. What is a new thing is that when returning to the main run list after previewing trip info it snaps back to the top run of the run list which is annoying if a driver is doing trip planning or needs info for paperwork, previously it would simply flip back to where you left off.

App should NOT require that my location be set to ALWAYS ON. While using the app should be completely sufficient. Getting notifications at all hours that an app is tracking my location in the background is unacceptable. I can't fit all of the reasons this app gets one star.

I appreciate that they tried to improve the app in the latest update... but they messed up the instant update on changes from dispatch. Before you didnt need to refresh the app to get updates to trips, now you do. This change messed up my routine and had costly monetary consequences.

Medi routes does not work properly on my Google Pixel 7A, does not support text to customer. Is not showing some of the features that I need, like completing my inspection today. Google Assistant KEEPS coming on frequently when using Maps, and I don't want it to
