Really bad user experience, it was not designed for patients, but probably they chose what was easier to design. The app doesn t allow to search availability for one day for all clinics or doctors and then chose. User needs to select clinic and then select each doctor to see availability. If one doctor ia not available, the selection process needs to be repeated. For this reason,I will just continue calling in the center.

The good: can check analysis results and both past and future appointments. The bad: appointments are a pain to schedule - I almost never do it through the app, but instead use the call center. Also the app frequently takes forever to load (or sometimes never loads at all), pretty much that you can miss your online appointment

It's impossible to make an appointment for the first available doctor. You have to go throw all the clinics, all the doctors and check when each of them has availability and note the dates in a separate document and afterwards check manually when is the first available spot. I prefer to call in call center than using the app. Also the UI is not friendly at all and it's looking like an app from 10 years ago

It isn't helpful at all. I scheduled an appointment for a service, and when I got to contact the call center, I am told the appointment is set for another type of service, a thing that I can't prove, as once the appointment is registered in the app, it doesn't show the service you selected. Another point is that you can't see at all the blood investigation results, as you are prompted with an error and, also, you don't have there all your medical history with them.

Extreme user unfriendliness. password almost impossible to set up. then you have to take a picture of your ID AND of yourself! Maybe you're sick, that's why you're on their app on the first place... duh. And just maybe you don't need to go look for your ID and put your face on some app forever. What is this?? the FBI? Sorry for the rant. But it was really a bad experience with the Medlife app.

Very hard to use: values like city are not saved and prefilled when creating an appointment. Does anyone really tested this app? MedLife is a big business, but the app itself has a terrible look and feel, missing obvious usability features.

It is often getting unresponsive and needs a restart.

This app is the worse. I scheduled an appointment which was listed as free- included in the insurance and then I received a bill without being informed about that. What s the point then in using the app if the client is missinformed?? Never use it again..don't recommend!!
