This app lacks some really basic modern day features. I.e., I can't use a map to enter my destination, I'm forced to write it in Slovenian (I'm not speaking this language). I can't scroll down the list of destinations while typing. The user interface is to be completely redesigned due to the poor usability. Developers are strongly recommended to make themselves familiar with really top taxi apps and add some features of 2022 without staying in mid-2010-s. Hope, they do succeed.

Can't even login. The app requests my phone number and when I enter it (in all possible formats) I just get a message 'An uknown error occured'. No explanation, no customer support, nothing. So I guess I won't be using this app, thank you for a terrible customer experience.

Once keyboard is activated, you cannot scroll down to confirm your selection. Locations cannot be searched effectively by entering the type of the building, such as names of hospitals. Very basic app, not really adapted to the user's needs.

I think this application is horrible. It's been numerous times in the past that caused me troubles with ordering taxi. I guess it is the NetCab problem, but I would really advise you to improve the application if you expect people will use it in the future.

well it works better than calling, but lacks features like default locations also cancel button is at the bottom of the screen, can be triggered accidentally when switching apps. please move it somewhere else.

Didn't work. Showed that taxis are 2min away until requested one, then 6+ minutes with taxi on map that had nothing to do with real taxi location, seemed like an animation.

Better than Uber!!! Taxis arrived very fast and drivers were great. Advanced features like moving the pickup spot. Good prices.

If I can give zero star i would do it. Please if you are a girl or a woman don't order taxi metro in Ljubljana, they have the worst drivers ever and the worst call center and the worst customer service,I had to report them to the police and the police is really good and took matter seriously, don't ever recommend it to any family. Of course some drivers are good i gave them 5 star rating but when you face a very bad one the company will never do anything.
