Wont let me log in anymore. Not sure if its an update thing or what, I used to be able to long in pretty easy, not says I need a verification code to set up my account and can't find my email or phone number. When I was able to log in, I couldn't pay rent through the app anyway (would redirect to my property's website and had to log in there). Decent messaging system, although responses were always slow, so I'm not sure if that's a notification issue or app issue.

This app is absolutely horrible! When I first downloaded it and created an account, it worked great. Now for the last 5 months or longer, it will not work at all. It keeps sending me a verification code, and once I enter it, it says account not found or not authorized. It takes me to the change password screen and still says "user not authorized"!

Got this app mainly to pay rent. Used it for 2 months (with issues, taking long to load, making me sign in 3-4 times, not having an amount due to pay listed, etc.) and now won't work at all. I click pay rent and it starts like it's loading then crashes and I get an android message that the app is crashing and has to close. Waited a few days hoping maybe it was a maintenance issue, still same thing. I can't even use it. Everything I click on crashes the app and shuts it down continuously. Waste

Great when it works, but it logs me out every few days and doesn't recognize my email/number for sending the activation code 50% of the time. (Error: "We couldn't find that email or mobile number. Please try again.") I basically have to remember to retry every few hours until it goes through, only to do it all again a few days later, when I realize I haven't gotten any notifications recently. Note: My apartment complex only uses this app for package notifications.

This is the most useless app and I resent that my apartment complex makes me use it. It constantly won't let me log in. Trying to reset a password is a nightmare. I get email notices like "Repair Scheduled" but I have to open the pdf in this app and it never works. I also have no idea who owns this app as like three different companies get listed when trying to do anything with it. Just email the notices to me like a normal sane person and dump this app.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed in this app as it negatively effects my experiences here at the Collins Junction Apartments where they require us to use this app to pay rent and request maintenance; neither of which I am able to do. Manager and I have contacted the app multiple times through email but nothing has been resolved. Have also left negative feedback in the app to see if can warrant response; no reply. We are beyond frustrated. 8 more months to go. Terrible app.No support
