I downloaded this app to watch The Washington Capitals games since I live out of the area. I paid the monthly fee for the first month and watched a game that night, no problem. I havent been able to watch a game since with a message "content not available at thia location." Perhaps the location eligibility should be determined before they collect the fee. The company is very responsive though and refunded my money. Quick, responsible customer service.

There's a lot of stuff in this app, but I can never find what I'm looking for, even scores. Half of the stuff in the app doesn't work, like managing tickets with ticketmaster crashes all the time and I have to use the NHL app instead. The app didn't send me any notifications for the Caps preseason game tonight, even though it worked for the last game. I just wanted to see the score, but there's nothing for the game other than a link to the recording that didn't work.

I'm a subscriber to Monumental Sports Network to watch the Capitals but their app and desktop site and customer service are very disappointing. Live play gets interrupted for random ads for a few seconds at a time. Clearly a bug. I have sent customer service video of the problem. They got back to me a month later and asked me to verify the problem was fixed. But the season was over!

Update 4/15/24. CONSTANTLY buffering. Every 10 seconds or so it buffers then skips, so you miss play. Please fix this garbage app before playoffs and refund people their money, scam. Random bar across the screen twice on different tvs. Says noAuthz when trying to watch? but the game plays in the menu screen. Crashes but has to be force stopped to open other apps.

If you are going to replace the NBC Sports App atleast have this app where the NBC Sports App used to be like on Xbox, Smart TV's, and etc.. How is this not available on Google TV?? I have to cast it from my phone (which crashes the app) or from my laptop. When I cast from my laptop the closed caption turns on and there is no way to turn it off. It blocks all the stats and players on the bottom of my screen. It's 2023 this app should have been on Smart TV's or Google TV as #1 Priority

Non-functioning garbage. Both Roku and mobile app are completely broken. They buffer constantly and the Roku app won't start the feed most of the time. It just loads infinitely. It is the only streaming app I own that buffers on my wifi and it does it constantly. Spending over $100 a year for one TV channel and I can't even watch it.

Cannot download the app to my LG Nano smart TV. Does not work with YouTube TV on the television itself. Cannot cast the app from my phone to the TV. I have to go to the website, watch live and THEN cast my phone to Chromecast. This is the most useless app I have ever seen. Make it available to download on a smart TV! We got rid of cable and was expecting this app to actually work. Edit 12/3/23: I continue to have issues like captioning turned on (can't turn off), reauthentication issues...

The app hardly works. It opens but freezes haven't been able to stream a single game yet fully. Maybe I get a few minutes before it freezes and stops. Also please get an Xbox app available since that would just help in overall convenience. Get this thing right I will switch to 5 stars but at the moment as it is, not worth it.
