A Google user

It's an okay app. UI and UX can be improved. One thing that I would like to suggest is the addition of push notification for assignments. Daily reminders one week before the submission will be a REALLY big help as well. Overall a good app, it just needs a little design revamp.

I regret installing this app! Here are some of the reasons; 1. Glitches all the time. 2. I am unable to install notes . 3. I am unable to join my classes. This was wasn't responding so I had to uninstall it but now I am not able to install it back again. Kindly fix this issues as I have to attend my online classes.

overall it is good app, but when I try to open it on my pc it is showing me "these credentials do not match our records". I hope you sort out this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

When we click on the octopod icon then the blue interface is opened and syncing is written then there is a message at bottom 'Something went wrong !Please try again later' Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, I have so many assignments

Not very happy with the app. Keep an option on individual. It asks for upgrade requently. It sucks the data. Also the app takes longer time to open. School has asked us for the app so have no option. Otherwise would never go for this app.

Not a good app posting our work to your teacher it is showing error occurred in the present of 5G internet and we are posting pic to your teachers the pic is not clear so I request you to see my problem and bring it a solution. By the way app is best for all student s.

Updated everything... thanks octopod team for your support.... Previous review.... Till pre covid the app was working nicely but now it stopped working and everytime shows message of error .....I tried to uninstall and install the app...still not working...hence 1 star....

The app is a full package that every parent should have and I was having a hassle registering it from last 1 week. But then I gave a call on the support number and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes or less and I was able to explore the app functions. This was not possible without the support representative Bhumika. Kiddos to you. She, definitely should get a raise. I couldn't find any other way to say thanks to the support. So gave my feedback here. Thanks again for helping me out.
