the issue where when I try to send an article to someone from the app is still occurring. It still just sends them a link to install the app instead of the actual article.

I don't know why, but the Weather tab is all wrong. It is 7:17pm in the Northwest Chicago suburbs, and it is telling me it is 9AM! At this point I don't even know whether the Radar map is accurate which I want to monitor due to strong storms in the area! UPDATE: since this continues to be unresolved, I uninstalled then reinstalled. Still not correct, therefore, have permanently uninstalled since this app is now less than accurate and not helpful at all.

Newly revised, this app stinks. You tell it you DON'T want ANY news notifications just weather and it bombs you with the stupid Olympics notifications. Hello? Some of us only want the app for weather. It doesn't update your location fast enough. So when you open the app it dumps you on the news page and shows where you were not where your at. And the brief weather forcast that used to be on the radar page is buried somewhere else now. You totally ruined a good app. Uninstalled.

Overall I like this app very much! I am a big fan of NBC Chicago news, we watch it every day! I love that the app has the same weather and news on my phone. My only very slight complaint is I can't update the local weather without opening the app. Sometimes I just want the local temperature without any other information. This is one of the apps I have on my stratus bar all the time!

Last update renders it unusable on my tablet. The weather screen displays 2/3 radar, 1/3 temp and 10 day forecast. I appreciate your wanting to justify your expense for the fancy radar, but I can't assess the temp and rain forecast for the day by looking at the radar map. The news and other sections let you split the pane to left or right, but there's no way to do it on the weather screen, So irritating, can't even scroll the day's temps without it wildly over scrolling. Ugh.

Disappointed in the update. Missing the ability for constant display of current temp on phone notification bar as before. With the lack of color and extra white space, the text in various shades of black and grey are now smaller and harder to read at a glance and could benefit with a larger font. Also, have had several glitches in the "Discover" tabs menu for more stories- i.e. under Weather & Entertainment, hockey and baseball sub categories appear at random times & Live TV option is also gone.

Although the app itself works well, it dramatically slows down the OS and all other apps, even when the app itself is closed. It is probably caused by its background services that run constantly. After uninstalling the app, the performance went back to normal. I'm using Samsung's current flagship Galaxy S9+, which is quite performant. And I remember the same thing with NBC app was on my old phone as well.

They have ruined a great app with the new and improved version. After the update I can no longer choose to have the weather as the primary screen. The weather radar used to be spot on accurate and now it is no longer very accurate. I was standing on a golf course in pouring rain and was looking for how long the rain was going to last and radar indicated that there was no rain. The forecast radar is just blobs going across the map. Can I just get the old app back?
