If you're an agency that uses this app to hire talent, please reconsider. I have been trying to log in from a computer instead of the app.I wanted to log in to update my information, my resume, and new skills my future employer would prefer in a candidate. In the past, I have used the app however, if your talent wants to update anything on a computer, they will have trouble logging in. I have been struggling for over 2 hours. You want the best talent, but for the amount of trouble it's eh

It always says I'm offline, although my internet is always on, connected, and working for all my other apps. I'm also signed up for notifications and text message alerts, but never receive them. Please help by looking into these issues! Thank you!

STORES PASSWORDS IN PLAINTEXT! Be very careful using this. They store your password in plaintext on the backend, as evidenced that if your click the forgot password link, they email you your password. This is security 101, as soon as their network is hacked (and everyone is eventually), your password will be compromised. They're supposed to store salted hashes, not plaintext.

Problem is actually with Google. This is like my 7th edit to this, as things have changed. First off the lady in customer service was horriable. She refuse to help and gave me a false name. BUT THE GUY IN SALES IS GREAT. So press 1 when you call if you need customer ser. But after digging deep into why this app wasnt working. Turns out this app checks everything through google. My google app had become over loaded with to much cache/data. By deleting that in the google apps, it solved the issue

People this app is for companies that use nextcrew to hire staff. The staffing co. I work with uses it to post jobs, hire staff and assign us to local event jobs and I have a profile with them on there that, if requested, they can show to clients. I can see my jobs on a calendar, and check in to the jobs once I am on site as it checks location.

Junky app. Why even bother. What they don't tell you is that you're background isn't done until you select a first shift then they cancel your shift because background wasn't done in time. Hilariously sad app.

Sent me emails for 2 years Finally took a job and was the worst experience ever. Took two weeks to get paid... Had to send me a cash advance pay. Miscommunication among staff and inaccurate placing of job assignments. Don't waste your time... Way better staffing agencies out there.

App is great I'm continuously getting job offers but 1week of not working I get back to working for yall and haven't recieve my money through my bank like I was getting it. When I try to manage or update my bank info it won't let me it doesn't even have bank information on my profile like it should and did when I first downloaded the app so yea where's my money
