They tell you to download the app at check in to get more information about the resort. For some reason it's not letting me download, constantly says pending. At least have secondary information for guests who can't get access through this stupid app. By the way this place blows I don't recommend the "resort" at all. Not inclusive. Nothing works here. Long lines. Look somewhere else.

Check in just don't work. I reserved 3 rooms for 6 people, but when I insert the reservation number or shows just 2 rooms for 4 people. When I try to send the documentation, in the last step (email) I receive the error "An error occurred. Please try again". So I spent a lot of time trying to advance the process, but I will need to do everything at the front desk anyway.

I was very excited when I found an amazing deal for Lexurius Oasis Cancun Resort. But now, when I read all the reviews, I'm so shocked. Almost every review is negative and complains about bad service, food, and activity. My vacation will be started on Sep 18th, and I don't know, what to do with my reservation. I'm curious, Why did the administration of Oasis Resort, not do anything to upgrade these services? What do I have to do?

I have been to this resort, loved it, plenty of restaurants, shows, bars, great for families, we use all inclusive its optional and use it for the drinks and food. The swimming pool is huge, plenty of space, kids will love it.

Hi I've tried to check in through the app the passport photo uploaded fine, but every time I submit my email address it says "there is an error please try again" if I am doing something wrong I would happily rewrite my review but at the minute I would only give it one star.

We had to bring groceries to an "all inclusive"! 👎👎👎🚫🚫🚫 To put short.. worst vacation experience . I've been going to Cancun for years and I've never been more disappointed. Couldn't get water. Couldn't get decent service. This place reminded me of a broke man with a Gucci belt. Looked nice.. wasn't worth nothing. The employees were rude, the liquor was cheap. It was awful they said no to everything.

The worst i resort i've been, hotel is big therefore volume of people is overwhelming, the line on check in is rediculous, short staffed, pool is around 95 degrees, doesnt seem new clean water is coming in, good luck getting someone on the phone, food is disgusting, so are the drinks... they charge you a mandatory $860 pesos per room for algae cleaning of the beach yet beach is full of algae, i will rather go somewhere else, not worth the price

App keeps dying after one day of use. Just like the actual Oasis resort. Blank screens. Worthless except for the property map, which is old and doesn't show a new section).
