Unable to use on multiple devices. My phone does not work well with the app and it causes boot loop on several iOS and Android devices I use. Requires way too many permissions ..battery optimization really? You're not that important. Terrible user interface, a real hassle. Will be ending my contract with the business that uses this app for door access.

Rubbish app, needs fixing. Doesn't unlock reliably enough for speed gates in a busy office. Not clear enough how to operate with the gates, should wave to unlock work? Why doesn't app use NFC also. Separately, targets Android 14 not 15 which is out now.

Works really well but the fact that it isn't compatible with Android Auto is one star loss for me. if I could open the gate from my car instead of having to dig for my phone this would be easy 5 stars.

Horrible "solution" for a simple problem. Unfortunately, it is chosen by my apartment building to enter the parking garage. Cell phone signal is weak where they installed the reciever and I'm assuming No Bluetooth component was installed there. Tried everything, including multiple devices, operating systems, and cell phone carriers but nothing works. I contacted technical support multiple times myself and through the apartment office, but was only given general solutions that I already tried.

For centuries door locks have always had clear feedback - you move the latch, turn the key, observe the indicator light. OpenPath have nixed that - oh they have a fancy ring indicator alright, but it's covered up by your phone when swiping! So you're in this absurd "swipe but can't see the indicator light, push the door, nope, try again" loop. I've never had to wait 30 seconds for a lock to open either. The app UX is little better. There has to be better options or there.

It works okay, but opening the app and making sure the badge view is open just to open a door is a pain, when similar apps just integrate with Google wallet (my gym access pass just integrates directly with wallet, just tap phone and it works). Wave to unlock doesn't seem to work as expected, but I set up a routine in the tasker app that automatically accepts the unlock notifications whenever I get close to a door.

This is a very disappointing app. Unfortunately, my apartment building makes this app the only way to get into certain doors. The app is running all the time and logs me out constantly, so I have to sign in again and again. Plus if your phone dies, not only can't you call anyone, you can't get into your building. This is a classic example of technology making life harder.

Really a terrible app in so many ways. In order to get into my home or park my car I must have: a charged smartphone, internet access, a temperamental app that has a hard time communicating with glitchy receivers, both hands free to navigate said app, my keys to get into my actual apartment. Unsafe, inequitable, excessive. This app fails solve a real safety problem with uneccesary technology and creates new unsafe situations. I also don't want an app that I can't opt out of that tracks me.
