A bit glitchy, difficulty at times accessing tickets. And for some weird reason you cant access anything to do with the oregon hockey team. But the seat charts are good and if it got the issues fixed it would be a great app.

Will not work on my Galaxy S8. It used to but I had to delete and try to reinstall because of download issues and now it doesn't work!

Constantly glitches. Heading to a game and can't access my tickets. Cool.

App won't even open. Used to work on my old phone but not on a brand new one. I can't get to my football tickets and first game is this weekend! Terrible app! I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times... Update, I found that I had to clear the storage cache and then the app works. Never would have known that!

Endless notifications spamming about every sport on the list and no way I can find to turn any of them off. You can deselect every sport on the notification list, and it still spams you on every last one of them. So frustrating because now it seems you have to have the app for ticketing. The only solution is to uninstall it then reinstall it every time you go to a game. Wish I could give it Zero Stars.

This app does not function. It is impossible to link my account and claim student tickets since the latest update. Please fix it.

Terrible user experience. I downloaded and created an account, wrote down the username and password, and was up and running just fine. My problems began when I logged out. My username/password got rejected, and two hours after trying the password recovery function I still have no recovery email. I created another account using a different email address and password, verified I logged in successfully, then had the same problem when I logged out. I am very unhappy with this app.

This app will not work for me at all with ticketing. Have been working with the Ducks ticketing office for weeks to try and get access to my tickets and still can't. Now, for the ticket package I bought for the 22-23 season, I have to stand in line each time at the box office and wait to explain why they won't go on my phone and they will have to text them to me each time. Kind of defeats the purpose buying them in advance.
