Overall quite functional. Good interface and everything is easy to find (even the pay stubs, which is a nice change from my last job's software of choice). My one suggestion would be to allow for syncing with my phone's calendar so I can see all my shifts there and plan my week without having to go into the app.

The app seems spotty in the ways it functions. Seems like old chats can't be deleted. It asks me to access my gallery and everytime I go to allow the permission..... It's not even a permission listed in the internal app settings to allow. So you can only use the camera button, which is a downgrade from your normal phone camera. I hope these issues can be fixed

This APP works just OK. Push Operations as a whole is fantastic for the restaurant industry for all of the scheduling, management, and payroll features they offer, but this app is not one of their best features. It's buggy and lags for no reason, not to mention that some of the buttons and tabs in the app either don't do anything at all or are redundant in their design.

Push support by Erika Lee is excellent. She is very helpful, and I rely on the information that she sends me. From a business point of view we are very glad that we switched companies. Communication with our old Payroll company was difficult, they were slow to respond and made you feel that you were bothering them. The ability to do a lot of the tasks ourselves is great. Highly recommend many of the features,e.,g., clock in/out, adding employees etc. The reporting feature provide a lot of good information for our business. We are glad we made the change.

Confusing bulky UI, shift swap + shift release broken, calender sync can't be done on mobile (other scheduling apps can do this), the only settings available are when you're notified about your shifts, and no dark mode. Technically speaking, it's not the worst work app I've used. But thanks to it's broken shift swap feature, it's close.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! After doing a update on my phone, I wasn't able to reinstall it, after trying everything. I emailed the company and they very quick on helping me fix the problem. Very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend, if any issues just email them.

Updated: The developer has definitely fine tuned this app. They responded promptly to my first review. Push makes it so much easier to navigate my hospitality schedule as I also work for other industries. The swap, and release shift functions are life savers and you can keep track of your work hours! App keeps on crashing. It was working great before. Have uninstalled and re-installed and it just wont open. Can you gius fix this bug?

I am unable to see the shift of other employees next to 3 days. It's just blinking unable to see it. Before it was good but recently I have discovered it is not showing properly
