The new update is really disappointing. The filter settings are completely broken, showing all matches instead of the preferred ones. When you open a picture and try to go back, it takes you all the way to the beginning instead of where you left off. Navigating back from a profile is also frustrating as it resets everything. This update has made the experience worst.

App is good, but it is not able to arrange "Viewed but not contacted" list in chronological order. As far as result is concerned , I am able to recognize around 50 girls who are still on line from last nine months. it appears to be difficult to develop mutual trust through on line method with some factor excess ambition / selfishness. It was also observed there are manipulated photos, different subcast at duplicate IDs, inaccuracies etc. I hope that they are trying to solve above problems.

Worst experience I have had on this and Bharat Matrimony app, most of the profiles are fake, looks like these people itself are running fake profiles into matrimony app simply to get the subscription from registratered members, once you subscribe you will end up seeing the profiles you acceptes or shortlisted are of in suspension or interest is being temporarily removed due to profile is not verified. Don't suscribe they are running all fake show here, looks like it is one of the biggest sacm

this review is not for reddy matrimony service but the app in general. worst app ever seen, very inconsistent service. The development and testing teams have to do better job in building this app. App crashes-no content displayed-some tabs don't work- doesn't display recently viewed- can provide a long list of things which don't work. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED

Not user friendly. Very irresponsible to address customer issues. Once payment is made no one bothers. I can't view the profiles related to USA. I can view only local ones which I don't require. Hope this message will reach right person and do the needful

Waste of time & money they just call & ask my I help you. But they don't fix the problem. These people also share our contact details to other matrimony apps & people too without seeking any permission.Shows unwanted matches than the preferred ones. Best suggestion for everyone is to find through relatives or friends. Wasting of time in searching through any apps.

Better pay amount after maximum girls accepted. there is an option to lock photos, profiles,phone number..so paid members can't see the phone number unless they accept..no option to see correct age (years and months). there is very little difference between paid members and non paid members.

Very very very much bad experience They've collected all the information and now they're not verifying g my number I load the balance twice for verification but no response and waste all the balance by sms verification and by call I also changed even number and same thing happened they seeped all the balance in name of verification and no response , verification is still pending 😏 😏😏😏💔
