When editing a contact with a custom section that includes a text field at the top and a dropdown at the bottom, selecting a value from the dropdown causes the screen to auto-scroll to the top. This issue has now been resolved.

It's essentially a crash simulator. It crashes on my phone at least 25 times a day as an admin. Not having desktop access is also a hindrance. Can't draw a zone accurately because I have to use my finger every time. Can only add one person per zone unless I drive over said zone. I have four or five people in one area. I have to draw four or five zones to overlap each other that are impossible to edit individually. This app needs to get the basics down first before doing all the extra stuff.

The app has so many features, but many of them lack so much polish that the app becomes unusable at times. Right now, I'm waiting on the side of the street reinstalling the app so that the changes I'm making to dots will go through. You can't rely on recording phone numbers while setting appointments because the app will likely not save them. The app has a lot going on, good and bad. I really want to give it 5 stars, but I can't because of so many tiny bugs and lack of user-friendliness.

App is great in theory, but it never seems to just work. Map is in and out, drawn up areas come and go with no warning. App is constantly crashing. The CRM aspect is pretty great but the lead organization and map aspect is lacking in extreme regard. This subscription cost too much for such a buggy app. My boss made all of us switch to Repcard and we have had nothing but issues and push back from the guys.

Having trouble getting through signing up. Got everything but the logo, prompt went up saying to allow media permissions but the app details don't show media and files or storage as a permission. -edit After uninstalling and reinstalling it let me skip that bit and I was able to move forward. Handy app!

After months of using this app, here's what I think. after several tests: 1 * the social media is running and does not open when someone clicks on the icon 2 * several times and it is almost always not possible for you to follow the leads activities when you open your virtual card 3* SMS campaigns just don't work. Technical assistance always tries to solve problems but never succeeds. I always had good support but never a happy ending.

CANNOT USE WITHOUT LOCATION HIGH BATTERY DRAIN. So basically if you're in the sun with screen on high you can't even use the app for more than a couple hours. I can still mark house I walk by. Other Canvassing apps allow approximate usage or are at least "low power" location but not Repcard. Like my battery as fast as Google maps

Trying to upload a badge picture. Keep getting a message telling me to enable permissions to media and storage. Everything is allowed and keep getting the error. Renter vs owner not accurate in my area at all and some of the rentals are owned by LLC and other investment companies. First day using, hope these things are fixed. Credit score not really accurate either. Not sure about it, will update after more use.

Premium member: This app is rediculously good! The only issue is no able to get caller ID enabled on Android, but way more value provided than the annual subscription fee! Saves me so much time and is far more useful to me than something like Hubspot (which I tried) for my needs ✌️ The new calendar changes are also amazing. They really keep on top of things to deliver the best 👌
