Keeps dropping off. It failed miserably in reconnecting. *(update) Now after reading the reviews below, I can see that this is a known problem for Android devices. I tried it with my ios devices and it works ok. So for Android devices look elsewhere... Update 24 Feb 2020: Crash Crash Crash!!!! Android device. Developers, come on guys, you can certainly do better than this!

Mostly (not always) takes sooo long to connect to the Roon OS server. After 20 seconds of waiting to connect I usually give up and start Spotify. Which "just works". -edit- Deleting app storage and cache may have solved this problem 🤔 (simply reinstalling the app didn't).

Help me search!!! Owning 3 perpetual subscriptions in the three different roon-server locations, what else may I invest so that you prioritize redesigning your track finding algorythims from 2000s up to 2020s techniques? It is now at times ridiculously ancient and frustrating. Sorry for this feedback. The rest is awesome, folks, indeed. Thanks a lot for the nearly perfect service!

Awful- Worst customer service ever. There is no direct email support. You need to post an issue to the community and cross your fingers because odds are you will never hear back. The pits! Cancelling soon

So expensive, but it doesn't work. The most exciting feature of this product is audio sync, where you can play to multiple devices at once. But no matter what you do, the audio doesn't sync up - it plays to each device at a different time. Unbelievable for a product that costs more than 800 dollars. Useless.

I used Roon for years and drove many to use it. However, more than six months ago, I moved at home to Audirvana Studio for superior sound quality, and I use Qobuz app on my phone when I am outside. I have a lot of music files from my old CDs. But everything today is streaming. Roon with ARC, in my opinion, did not add much value to its customers but added to their portfolio for the acquisition. It made the app complex. Roon neither the best at what I want—music at home and on the go.

Another update - it doesn't work same as before sometimes yes sometimes no. It would be nice if it connected and worked as well as Atoll Signature app. Previous update - it works again but still has connection issues. I like the app very much but wish it would work most of the time. I don't want to listen to music from my iMac or Mac mini. I want it to stream to my stereo system. Is that too much to ask for.

A lovely looking app for a fantastic system, however.... The android version needs a serious workover, I can't search for music in the app because the keyboard just disappeares as soon as you hit any typeable area and that makes the remote part properly useless! It does crash very often if I screen lock the phone and sometimes if I'm in a playlist and want to play a song, it plays the song above, that's super annoying! I have faith that Roon can get this fixed, it's a great system that deserves something that just works (at least for the price you are paying for the product it self) .... Get right Roon, I believe in you!
