This app is pretty much useless. I was trying to find parking near my hotel and the app produced no results, even though I later found nearby parking garages on my own. Considering it's a paid app, I'd expect better. I'm really bummed that I forgot to cancel before the trial ended. Not worth the money.

This app is a total scam. I have the impression it works in NYC, but it certainly doesn't work in New Orleans. It directed me to parking lots/garages that don't exist, claimed places were free when they weren't, and was just generally useless. All of which I only discovered after I signed up for a subscription, because it wasn't giving me full details before then. Fortunately, it was a trial, but I know they still got my personal info & I hate that. TL;DR: Scam!

I was using this app to find parking in very urban spaces (Los Angeles). There were inaccuracies in some of the information, so I started contributing edits, which I thought would be helpful. I started doing the challenges, which were to submit photos of parking signs. Apparently, I inadvertently submitted duplicate photos for a few of the challenges (I used GPS for the address given) which prompted them to completely wipe out all of my points. Harsh. I honestly tried to help.

This app use to be great. But now when I search for an address, I no longer see the color on the streets for street parking. Turns out, you need to pay now to see where you can park for free, where you have to pay to park, etc.. and not a one time fee, it's a subscription! All content seems static though, it is definitely not worth a subscription.

Sells parking that you can't use, because the lot wants a printout in the car, which you can't get from the app. They had no knowledge of this when I told them, and they have no plan to fix it. Also, their "exclusive deal" was the same price as the machine on site. They make a note that this doesn't seem right and to contact them. I have already had a very lengthy exchange with them on this point at that very email. They are now claiming ignorance.

While i love the idea, the app is either very confusing or doesn't work. Every single time I tap "Find Parking Here" I get "Couldn't get place information, please try again". at the same time it still shows some of the parking lots and garages around. If it doesnt work yet at some location it should be easy to communicate it explicitly.

It used to be worthwhile but all notifications are now behind a paywall (except the 30 minute before). A subscription service model does not make sense for static content. Maps are fixed and likely pulled from google maps api, the data on street sweeping days complied from mta and crowd sourced. You are better off creating an appointment reminder on your phone. Or using one of the other apps out there that provide a comparable, arguably better solution.

The app is rather useless for actually finding available spots. It also constantly erroneously detects me driving when I just walk around. There is no way to disable that "feature". It is still useful for parking location map, street cleaning information, and reminders, but most of it is negated by bad implementation of driving detection. edit: So it is possible to disable the driving detection. But it is not obvious how right away.
