I thought store hub is a reliable pos system but it DISSAPOINT me so MUCH. Starting from the apps manager, it always log out for no reason and I always have to log in. Whenever I want to close a product that is already sold out, I have to press it so many times and refresh it so many times. And somehow customer are still able to order that product, which makes it so inconvenient that I have to ask the customer to change order. Please do something instead of doing lots of stupid marketing

Bad experience, especially with the delivery option. Esp with information. Staff unable to answer simple questions about notification issues. Went round and round. And need two platforms to use delivery. And can't have flexibile opening hours.

Version 1.5 is buggy. Smartphone notification for employee login/logout and shift closing is missing. Graphs are not showing on the dashboard with error "webpage not available net::ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED. Please fix asap as notification is very important. Happened on Note 10 only. Iphone and samsung tablet work fine.

This is our seven years with StoreHub but we became more and more frustrated over time with their policies and service standard! We bought another new hardware for RM2,200 but on the very same week you had a promotion at around RM500! This is how you treat your loyal customer! Now I realize that the hardware and software would be totally useless when the license expired. This is StoreHub success story?

It sucks After the update. When you look at your sales you will need to choose store name and type the branch name. This is the most stupid update ever. The operation must be graduated from primary school, making this POS more complicated to use. The old version was way better and user friendly.

I'm unable to open this app once logged in, it crashes. I tried on 2 phones bt still the same outcome.. Samsung note 5 and Realme 3. Is there any limitation on users logged in via this app or any other issues like bugs? Pls advise on this. Thank you

Don't need to use this kind of stupid product. The services is very bad. The product quality also bad. Very disappointed. The worse service and product in the world. Always broken one.

Great management app for my operation when I'm away from the store. Simple interface for sales report and I even get to control the menu availability for my cafe during peak hour.
