It's incredibly frustrating that it auto updates to towing, I can be a few hundred feet away from the listed pick up, picking up the vehicle at the actual pick up and it will update itself forcing me to set it back to on scene, and not being able to upload pictures from phone storage is an issue with no service at pickup locations

App loads slow and functions worse. When connected to my vehicle, I get zero alert sounds. I have to physically check the app every few minutes to see if something came in. Most of the time, when trying to back out of the map to view job details, it doesn't function, and I have to close the app and reopen. Also, the info display is just wrong. Address, customer name, contact info, issue, etc. That is how it should be displayed as those are the most important information and should be at the top.

New update doesn't allow for clear pictures. pictures take longer than usual to download into app. AGERO PHOTO REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDANCE REQUIRED FOR TAKING PICTURES OF EVERY JOB COMPLETED REGARDLESS OF SERVICE TYPE! the new update go against its own policy all on its own for not being able to take clear pictures without having to take a long amount of time to download each pictures of vehicle into app pictures het very bright with the sun or blur and having to finish the job on a timely manner.

Wont let me change notification sound. It has a notification that's annoying and goes on for like 30 seconds. Multiple times after each and every selection i make

Since the latest update the app keeps crashing and now the camera function takes like 10 seconds to take one pic and there's now a shutter sound. Put the camera back the way it was. Honestly I'm not sure how this app is still in service with the horrible service and the developers seem to blame users instead of their own competence

After the new updates, this app completely sucks. When you take a picture, the camera freezes or pauses for several seconds before it takes the picture. You have to stand there and hold it till it's done. Biggest problem our phones will not recieve any notifications after the new update we have Uninstalled and installed several times for one of my drivers that is on dispatch mode and he has no idea he is getting calls unless he stares at his phone all day. Crazy a new upaldate has caused problem

This app doesn't have where we can put add-on's on the Po before closing then call in like we can on Towbooks so we can see what total amount of invoice. Due to my boss who know takes from us or our total amount of invoice thatbwas dispatched the amount our pay comes from by adding add one that wasn't done and not letting us know what our tickets are and taking that addon money and keeping. Employees should be able to see total amount of dispatch job we do.
