Thrive's android app made booking an appointment for my cat Lucy's eye infection incredibly stress-free. It was super intuitive to find available time slots with my vet and manage everything via my profile. I was able to book directly with my preferred vet, then view my past and future appointment, medications, and lab results. Super convenient!

The app was barely holding on to begin with in functionality when I started using it 4 months ago. I was able to use the app to pull some records last week, but now after it seems an auto update happened since then the loading screen now says there's a new version of the app available with a button to take me to the Google Play store to update. When I do this, there is no update. I've tried to uninstall it and install again, clear cache and data before uninstalling and installing again.. it doesn't matter. The app is currently broken and I no longer works at all.

The membership benefits will keep me a customer, but this app is useless. I can't get past the 1st screen where it asks you to pick a clinic. Address search does nothing, and navigating to the location doesn't give anything to select. I can't leave the map screen, so I have no idea if the other features work. I couldn't enroll through the website b/c the pet's info, including breed, has to be EXACT to what your vet has. It kept saying "Failure" w/ no explanation. No response from support so far.

It's not a functional app. User information can be opened and looks like you can update your information. However, once you hit submit, a coding error window pops up, and none of the information is saved. When trying to access the Preferred Vet map, app is unable to load, and also won't let you leave until a clinic is selected.

The app was helpful when I first downloaded it, but now it doesn't even show my cat on my profile. Every time I open the app it gives some sort of error that I don't understand (seems to be related to the programming based on the weird characters in the error). It also never shows my partner as a co-manager of the account despite my adding her several times. Also, whenever we take our cat to a Thrive location they never have us registered as members despite us paying monthly. Please fix.

I like the convenience of the app, I can book appointments on the spot as I've got some serious ADHD and if I don't do it then, I'll forget and kick myself later. And since I'm over the top on my dogs, I can book as often I want with PLUS. My drawbacks are that I can't see lab results and if my dogs are already PLUS the app doesn't show them as PLUS but also doesn't allow me to renew their enrollment. I'd personally love a quick prescription refill request tab but I'm spoiled like that.

Unresponsive and honestly useless. It doesn't book appointments, the chat is unresponsive. Feels like I'm talking to myself. I checked to make sure I paid for the service, then went back and it still wasn't working. I had to book a n appointment on line. What's the point of having the service and app if it doesn't work??

*Update 7/31/22* Was able to sign up and use the app really well to access making appointments, invoices and past vaccinations. Even though Thrive is now Vetco, I can still use this app to make appointments. It's been working great since my issues were fixed. Can't Sign Up. Getting my puppy soon and trying to sign up and become a member. It send a link to my email, but when I open it and click on the link nothing happens. If there was an update, then it didn't help this login/sign up issue.
